RETURNS & REFUNDS

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
 

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
 

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at ask@thejunkdrawershop.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Returns will be assigned one of the following three statuses: 
     ●     If theJUNKdrawer determines your return to be ACCEPTABLE; we will
issue you a return label free of charge and notify you when your return has been finished processing.
     ●     If theJUNKdrawer determines your return to be ACKNOWLEDGED; we will issue you a return label and deduct the cost from your return balance. We will notify you when your return has been finished processing.
     ●     If theJUNKdrawer determines your return to be ABSURD; we will issue you a 'thank you' and ask that you never purchase from us again as we found your reasoning to be, well, absurd.
If the JUNK DRAWER shop crew determine your request to return is ridiculous, we kindly invite you to contact your State's Attorney General and/or your local authorities in prolonging you in wasting time. Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges unless noted otherwise. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. You may also use the prepaid shipping label enclosed with your package if applicable. If you use the prepaid shipping label, no amount from your refund will be deducted from your return to cover shipping charges.
 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least one (1) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds will take one day, regardless of it being a business or weekend, to appear back on your credit or debit card balances. In the event that the return takes longer than a day, then your bank institution is withholding said-funds on purpose, most likely gaining a small interest. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
 

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned:
     ●     Any items that are homewares (dinnerware, flatware, stemware) unless they are damaged while in transit.
     ●     Any item that is over 50 lbs may be returned, but at the cost of the customer, regardless if damaged or buyer's remorse.
 
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.
